My interest in Yoga started when my children were small and I used it as an exercise class not realising that there was more to it than that. It wasn’t until I had alopecia, a stress-related condition, that I realised how crucial the breathing and relaxation stages of Yoga were to my well being.
As my interest in the mind/body connection in Yoga increased, I decided to train to become a Yoga teacher. Now, 4 years later, I am happily teaching and seeing the benefits that people gain from taking part.
